Chilli swears by Beachbody’s 21-day Ultimate Reset program when she wants to look and feel her best.
“Every year for the past four years I have done Beachbody’s Ultimate Reset because I love the way I feel after the cleanse,” the 5 feet tall singer, 45, tells PEOPLE. “It comes with a great menu because you are still eating real food.”
Chilli says the program has introduced her to new healthy food options.
“The process opened my eyes to some different food choices out there that are healthy that I didn’t even know existed!”
Doing the cleanse encouraged the dancer to stick to a healthy diet even after the 21 days were over.
“I wanted to keep living that way,” she says. “I love the way I felt after, and I made a commitment to eat even cleaner than usual, and I had been eating pretty clean before. In everything you do in life, there is always room for improvement. That’s what I’m doing – challenging myself to do even better by my body for my health.”

The Verdict
For breakfast “Chilli does an excellent job of getting in high-fiber whole-grain hot cereal,” says dietitian Keri Glassman of nutritiouslife.com. Although Glassman usually considers shakes a snack, Chilli “beefs it up with healthy fats from coconut oil and peanut butter, making it more of a meal.” And the high-in-protein tempeh also gets Glassman’s seal of approval.
